Commercial Closing Officer

The Commercial Closing Officer ensures the completion and delivery of the Bank's full commercial loan closing capabilities for assigned transactions, serving as the first line of defense to mitigate regulatory, operational, and financial risk. This role involves arranging, validating, and finalizing loan closings to ensure documentation accurately reflects borrowing parties, collateral, covenants, and credit-approved terms. The position requires coordinating with internal partners and external counsel to execute documentation, funding, and compliance requirements in accordance with Bank policy.
