Databricks is seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial (Public Sector) to support US federal and SLED sales and GTM teams by advising on public sector regulatory compliance and contracting for a rapidly growing Data and AI company. The role will support SaaS and outcome-based professional services transactions with public sector customers and partners and help scale the US public sector business. Based in the Washington, DC metro area, this is a hybrid role reporting to the Sr. Director & Associate General Counsel for Commercial Legal.
