About this role

The Commercial Director will lead KoBold’s commercial function for the Mingomba mine development, owning commercial strategy, contracting, and financial oversight for high-value project expenditure. This role builds commercial systems, governance, and controls for procurement, contracting, supply chain, and logistics while working closely with FP&A and technical leaders. The position requires engagement with global suppliers, government and community stakeholders to ensure compliance, transparency, and readiness for large-scale mine construction.
