About this role

The Commercial Excellence Manager will lead commercial projects across CSL Vifor's Swiss affiliate, driving effectiveness and sustainable growth by delivering business analyses, processes, tools and market insights to business units and senior management. The role partners with regional DACH teams and the Business Operations Lead to support decision-making, performance monitoring and improvements in the local sales organization.
