Commercial Operations Analyst

The Commercial Operations Analyst supports Revenue Operations by ensuring data integrity, assisting with sales and customer success processes, and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and the Revenue Operations team to maintain efficient quote-to-cash workflows, ensure data accuracy, and provide reliable business reporting. The position focuses on supporting day-to-day administration of Salesforce and related commercial systems, monitoring adherence to commercial processes, and tracking KPIs across key teams.
