Community Outreach Director

As the Director of Community Outreach at Mansfield Hall, you will lead initiatives connecting neurodivergent young adults with community partners, internships, and employment opportunities to build independence and real-world skills. The role involves overseeing programs like the Summer Internship and Service Learning Seminar, developing partnerships with local organizations, and coaching students on career readiness and professional communication. You will also supervise staff, manage student progress documentation, and represent the organization at public events to support student growth and community engagement.
