Community Outreach Representative

The Community Outreach Representative provides in-the-field services to initiate enrollment for newly eligible enrollees and locate existing members. The role involves educating prospective and existing members and families on services and benefits, while assisting with family support networks and youth programs. This position serves as a representative at health fairs and community events, with a primary focus on the Latino community.
