Utilization Management Support

This role provides support to the Utilization Management department by managing the main phone line, opening cases, and routing requests to appropriate reviewers. The position involves obtaining clinical information, monitoring communication channels, and documenting authorization activities in the electronic record. It requires strong organizational and communication skills to assist clinical staff and resolve provider inquiries.
