Staff Preceptor

The Staff Preceptor provides mentorship and guidance to new staff members, helping them develop clinical and case management skills while ensuring comprehensive care coordination for members enrolled in the Health Services for Children with Special Needs health plan. This role involves direct supervision, creating a supportive educational environment, and evaluating trainee performance to support effective care management practices.
