Community Schools

This position assists in the facilitation, implementation, development, and management of community schools' activities, events, programs, and services to support healthy children, strong families, and a thriving community. The role involves partnering with schools, establishing linkages with local organizations, and engaging students and families in the community school strategy. It also includes managing volunteer systems, collecting data, and collaborating with leadership teams to ensure successful program implementation.
