About this role
The Compensation Compliance & Communications Director oversees the rollout, administration, and regulatory compliance of Xsolla’s complementary compensation programs, including equity and crypto-based components. This role ensures all global compensation initiatives align with legal requirements and company strategy, while partnering closely with Legal, Finance, and Executive leadership. The director also leads communication of compensation plans and provides guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
