The Compensation Manager partners with R&D teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science) to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain technical talent. The role serves as a strategic advisor to leaders and HR business partners, shaping compensation philosophy, guiding compensation cycles, and advising on offers, promotions, and pay equity. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Compensation and collaborates with cross-functional and external partners to support global expansion and scalable compensation solutions.
