About this role
The Complaint Analyst at Calyxo is responsible for receiving and tracking customer and field representative complaint data within the company’s quality system. The role supports post-market compliance and ensures complaint records meet regulatory requirements. The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Monitoring and works in a remote, full-time capacity.
