The Director, U.S. Retail Compliance sits in the Chief Compliance Officer’s Office supporting compliance programs for Manulife John Hancock Investments and the John Hancock Group of Funds. The role provides strategic guidance on regulatory and compliance risk management for SEC-registered funds and investment advisers and collaborates with senior leaders across Legal, Risk, Product, Operations and Technology. It also supports compliance framework requirements under Rules 38a-1 and 206(4)-7 and represents Compliance in cross-functional and global initiatives.
