The Compliance Escalations Manager oversees the Compliance Escalation and Fraud Analyst teams, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely, accurate handling of complaints and customer feedback in line with company policies and regulations. The role is responsible for trend analysis and reporting to inform leadership and drive process and control enhancements. It also owns policy and procedure management related to complaints and fraud and maintains thorough documentation and communication across departments. The manager provides ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to team members while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
