Compliance Manager

This role supports the Compliance Function in implementing the Compliance Framework and executing the annual Compliance Plan across Ascot Group's global operating platforms. The position involves providing regulatory advice, monitoring compliance activities, and ensuring adherence to requirements from regulators such as Lloyd's, the PRA, the FCA, the BMA, and the GFSC. The incumbent will assist with horizon scanning, SM&CR framework maintenance, regulatory reporting, and compliance training to foster a culture of proactive compliance.
