Compliance Manager

This role involves working closely with the Compliance Function to implement the Compliance Framework and execute the annual Compliance Plan across the Ascot Group's global operating platforms. The position requires providing regulatory and compliance advice, updating policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations from Lloyd's, the PRA, the FCA, the BMA, and the GFSC. The role also encompasses compliance monitoring, horizon scanning, SM&CR framework management, and supporting various governance and reporting activities.
