Compliance Manager

This role supports the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Framework, annual Compliance Plan, and monitoring activities across the Ascot Group's global operating platforms. The position involves providing regulatory advice, ensuring adherence to requirements from regulators such as Lloyd's, the FCA, and the BMA, and assisting with governance reporting and compliance projects. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to embed effective systems, controls, and a proactive compliance culture.
