Compliance Manager

Gorman & Company is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and support compliance operations across a nationwide portfolio of affordable housing communities. In this remote role, you will supervise and mentor a team, provide guidance on HUD, LIHTC, PBRA, HOME, and other affordable housing programs, and partner with internal teams to ensure properties remain compliant with changing regulations. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a growing affordable housing portfolio while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team.
