NiCE is hiring a Solutions Engineer, Connectivity to support the CXone platform by engaging with prospects and customers to design and finalize voice and data interconnections that enable use of NiCE applications. The role partners closely with sales and customer stakeholders and serves as a technical point of contact for connectivity design and changes across customer environments.
