Consumer Services Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, this role coordinates services and support for consumers in the Riverside West Area, ensuring their rights and dignity are maintained while advocating for their needs. The position involves evaluating consumer progress, coordinating assessments, and managing case coordination activities in compliance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. The coordinator also serves as a liaison to community agencies and provides crisis intervention and case management services.
