About this role
Cleveland Clinic’s Marymount Hospital is hiring a Contact Center Support Operator II in Garfield Heights to support patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders through centralized call center operations. The role focuses on providing timely, accurate assistance and ensuring an excellent caller experience across multiple hospital sites, including support during after-hours and emergency situations. This position works rotating coverage with a primary 2:00pm–10:30pm shift and includes weekends/holidays and occasional third-shift coverage.
