The ITSM Continual Service Improvement & Innovation (CSI2) SME is the program accelerator responsible for owning the CSI operating model and converting ITSM, observability, security, and FinOps data into a prioritized improvement backlog. The role defines baselines, sets targets, and runs pilots to validate innovations before scaling, publishing clear results to stakeholders. It supports a multi-vendor SIAM environment to drive measurable gains in reliability, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
