About this role

The Controller at MLT is a senior strategic leader responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations for a $30M+ nonprofit portfolio. The role focuses on strengthening financial infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and maintaining audit readiness while delivering timely, accurate financial insights. This position partners closely with the CFO and organizational leaders to support strategic decision-making and advance MLT’s mission. The Controller also leads and develops the Finance team, fostering a high-performance, solutions-oriented environment.
