The role involves working independently on assigned cooking tasks and supporting timely meal service for residents and guests. This position requires maintaining food production logs, keeping workstations clean and organized, and following all hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional cooking experience and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.
