Cook Supervisor

The Cook Supervisor assists in the proper preparation of the planned menu and helps supervise all kitchen employees, assuming responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef. This role involves ensuring high presentation standards, quality, and proper portioning of all food items while managing safety procedures and staff training. The position requires adherence to standardized recipes, therapeutic meal preparation, and local, state, and federal sanitation regulations.
