Cook

The Second Cook assists the Chef Manager in daily food production for residents at a residential community for elders, ensuring nutritious and high-quality meals are prepared and presented attractively. This role involves maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, operating food service equipment, and ensuring adherence to therapeutic dietary needs and health regulations. The position may also require serving as a Dietary Aide and assuming the Chef Manager's duties in their absence.
