About this role
This is a remote, full-time call center role at Datavant supporting its health data exchange platform. The position is scheduled nights (Sunday–Wednesday, 10pm–9am EST) and includes a comprehensive training program with mentor job shadowing and company‑provided equipment. Employees receive full benefits (PTO, health, vision, dental, 401k) and tuition assistance; some clients may require post-offer health screenings and vaccinations and the role is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
