Creative Coordinator/Score Coordinator

The Creative Coordinator/Score Coordinator supports the Director of Operations, Score Supervisor, and creative teams in managing score-to-picture and multimedia projects from kickoff through final delivery. This role serves as the central coordination point for project schedules, communications, cue tracking, and production assets within a fast-paced creative environment. The position requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
