About this role
Qualified Behavioral Health Professional III (Crisis Responder / QP) providing mobile crisis management services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those facing mental health or substance use crises in Rutherford, McDowell, and Mitchell counties. The full-time role works 15-hour on-call shifts from home or community locations with the goal of avoiding inpatient hospitalization. Staff are guaranteed 40 hours per week and rotate 7a-10p shifts, 3–4 days per week.
