About this role
The Critical Operations Technician I performs on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment and controls in a 24x7x365 data center environment. The role monitors building systems, conducts routine assessments and tests, and provides remote-hands and customer support for equipment installs. It manages tickets, documents maintenance via change management processes, and escalates technical issues to systems engineers as needed.
