The Culinary & Events Chef serves as the primary Back-of-House operational leader, overseeing the flawless execution of food programs, safety standards, and daily supply chain logistics. This hands-on role drives the performance of the main production kitchen, catering operations, and logistics department while ensuring strict adherence to recipe specifications and food safety protocols. The position focuses on maintaining high-quality product integrity across all venues and serving as the on-the-ground quality assurance lead for the property.
