Culinary Operations

This role is responsible for achieving mastery of skills across all culinary stations and monitoring food preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations during assigned shifts. The position involves preparing and garnishing food according to established recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assisting with quality control in the absence of the Sous Chef. Additionally, the role includes supervising Cooks 1 and 2, serving as an expediter, and fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
