About this role

The Customer Assurance Analyst at Kong is responsible for coordinating cross-functional responses to customer security and compliance inquiries, working closely with teams such as Compliance, Security, and Legal. This role focuses on developing scalable processes for handling security questionnaires, maintaining customer-facing security documentation, and proactively tracking customer assurance activities and metrics. Additionally, the analyst will support sales and customer success teams by addressing security concerns during pre-sales cycles and providing clear communication about Kong's security posture to foster trust with clients.
