About this role

Probe Group is hiring Customer Care Consultants to assist families and carers via inbound calls regarding independent living and care solutions. This remote role requires working rotational shifts from 7 am to 10 pm, Monday through Friday and Saturdays, within Victoria, New South Wales, or Queensland. Successful candidates will provide exceptional service, navigate multiple systems, and contribute to the well-being of the community.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls to provide care information and options
Advise families on independent living and short-term solutions
Maintain composure and professionalism in a busy contact center
Navigate multiple computer platforms and client systems efficiently
Meet output and quality Key Performance Indicators consistently
