The Customer Experience Partner will be the primary post-sale contact for Eleos’ Commercial customers, focused on ensuring effective onboarding, adoption, and long-term success. The role supports customers in achieving measurable value while partnering with internal teams to maintain high-quality experiences across the customer lifecycle. This position reports to the Customer Experience Team Lead and sits within the Customer Experience organization.
