About this role

The Customer Insights Manager builds an evidence-based understanding of customers to influence strategy, priorities, and execution across the business. They lead end-to-end customer insights programs by integrating VoC, market intelligence, behavioral data, and qualitative research to create an actionable view of customer experience across the lifecycle. The role translates data into compelling narratives and recommendations to improve customer outcomes and drive company KPIs, while partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize and measure impact.
