About this role
Layer Health is an early-stage AI healthcare startup building an LLM-powered platform to synthesize information from medical records. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with internal teams and leadership to support and scale the company’s customer-facing operations and inform the customer success strategy. This hybrid role is based in Boston or New York City and reports to the Head of Customer Success.
