The Episode Champion at Globe is responsible for defining and advancing the customer experience vision for a specific lifecycle episode. The role co-creates the episode’s North Star and leads initiatives to improve customer outcomes by leveraging customer and operational feedback. It partners across CXM and other functions to ensure projects and strategies align with the episode experience vision and business objectives.
