About this role
The Data Training & Technical Assistance Specialist supports data systems and training efforts across the HealthySteps network, ensuring accurate data collection and usability at new and existing sites. Reporting to the Product Director of Technology, the role collaborates with Product Management, Research & Evaluation, and Quality teams to develop professional development resources and improve data literacy and reporting on HealthySteps outcomes. The position focuses on supporting fidelity monitoring and ensuring data integrity for program reporting.
