About this role
The DC & IT Tools Development Lead will own the technical direction and roadmap for data center and IT tooling within Nebius’s Hardware Infrastructure team. The role is based in Amsterdam and combines strategic ownership—architecting systems, shaping priorities, and engaging stakeholders—with coordination of delivery across development teams. Hands-on engineering is welcome but the primary focus is on leading multi-stream roadmaps, ensuring system boundaries and SLAs, and driving product practices across the portfolio.
