About this role

As the first dedicated deployments hire at Footprint, you will translate customer risk and compliance policies into robust Percy configurations for financial crime investigations. You will work closely with BSA officers to turn regulatory obligations into actionable agent behavior, scope deployments for sales, and shape the product roadmap. This early-stage role requires combining deep domain expertise in financial crime with the ability to build repeatable engineering and operational systems.

Responsibilities

Configure risk and compliance policies into the Percy system for banking clients.
Design comprehensive compliance programs to improve investigation workflows and alert triage.
Partner with sales teams to scope deployments and provide technical credibility.
Codify calibration templates and playbooks to make deployments repeatable at scale.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the feature roadmap based on field feedback.
