Detention Facility Manager

This role manages, directs, and leads the operations and personnel of the Lewisville Detention Facility and front desk functions to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operations. The position provides managerial oversight of detention supervisors and staff, develops operational procedures, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and detention standards. The incumbent exercises independent judgment in managing detention operations and responding to critical incidents.
