Development Engineer II

This role involves conducting material and device research to enhance thin film and perovskite solar cell performance, stability, and manufacturing cost reduction. The position requires designing experiments, fabricating core layers, characterizing devices, and optimizing material stack performance using statistical and engineering methods. The engineer will also lead equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimization while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with internal and external partners.
