Dietary Supervisor

The Dietary Supervisor provides daily leadership in the kitchen and supports the CDM by overseeing food production, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The role ensures meals are prepared safely and accurately for inpatients, employees, and community customers while acting as the person in charge when the CDM is unavailable. This position allows the CDM to focus on regulatory compliance, budgeting, and other administrative duties.
