The Digital Product Owner for CRM reports to the Head of CRM Ecosystem and is responsible for driving the development, optimisation, and adoption of CRM platforms to deliver business value. The role supports strategic CRM initiatives, ensures data quality and user administration, and collaborates across functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to align the CRM roadmap with business objectives. The Product Owner also helps implement AI-driven improvements and enables user adoption through change management.
