Becoming Independent is a service organisation that supports people to build independence through a portfolio of person‑centred, innovation‑led programs across living supports, education and employment/community participation. They work as part of each participant’s team to deliver tailored supports, skill development, and opportunities that promote choice, inclusion and long‑term growth. Becoming Independent partners with families, employers and local communities to create pathways to meaningful work, housing and social connection.
