Director, Accounting

Dole Packaged Foods is seeking an experienced Director of Accounting to lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting policy within its Controllership team. This role partners with the Controller to ensure the integrity of financial statements, oversee close governance, and drive process improvements and internal controls. The position requires deep expertise in U.S. GAAP/IFRS, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex transactions and audit coordination.
