About this role

The Director of Agency Sales & Partnerships at Yobi is responsible for expanding the company’s market presence among major agency holding companies and independent agencies by driving activation sales and fostering long-term partnerships. This senior individual contributor role requires extensive hands-on AdTech sales experience, a deep understanding of agency workflows, and the ability to lead and mentor account executives while collaborating closely with Business Development and Product teams. The position will directly report to the SVP of Business Development and is critical for scaling customer adoption of Yobi’s Behavioral AI solutions.
