The Director, Agent Product Management will build and scale a forward-deployed Agent PM organization responsible for driving customer outcomes and translating customer problems into decision-grade roadmap inputs for Platform Product. The role owns delivery execution and forecasting tied to ARR commitments and reduces bespoke delivery by turning recurring use cases into reusable platform capabilities. This position is at a Series-B AI company focused on insurance automation and requires a high-ownership leader who can operate with executive presence in production environments.
